STARTERS

Honey roasted pumpkin soup with Parsnip crisps, bread and butter

 

Smoked haddock and pancetta gratin with fresh parmesan

 

Duck liver and port parfait served with toasted brioche and chestnut chutney

 

Goats cheese and balsamic onion tartlet with black olive tapanade

MAIN COURSES

Traditional roast turkey served with all the trimmings and cranberry sauce

 

Scottish salmon fillet on roasted fennel and tomato confit

 

Spinach, wild mushroom and walnut Wellington, served with three cheese sauce

 

Braised beef blade with horseradish mash, glazed baby onions and bourguinon sauce

Christmas menu available for parties of 4 or more, reservation and pre-booking essential, a deposit of £ 5.00 per person will be required on booking.
